Tertius: The Rise of Magic

Prast has a long history of grudgingly being part of Foglorn, and as the country turned to the new techniques of alchemy and ore refinement to replace magic, they became more and more obsessed with the old traditions of magic. They built a school for such studies into the stone spires that mark the southern border of their lands, the Bibliotheca Magicae. The headmaster of this school, Leo Orobeo, was recently appointed to the noble court of the Ellonwyns, to advise the court on magical issues.
